Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and assign daily crew tasks, ensuring proper coverage for scheduled jobs.

  • Review and approve time entries for accuracy and material allocation.

  • Confirm crews have all necessary materials, equipment, and resources to complete work orders.

  • Place and track material orders for upcoming projects.

  • Ensure crews depart the shop efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

  • Monitor adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, efficiency goals, and professional conduct.

  • Review and submit purchase receipts promptly, following company procedures.

  • Provide written reports and clear communication to clients and account managers.

  • Build and maintain exceptional client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Utilize required software and mobile technology to manage schedules, reporting, and crew coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

  • Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with technology (software systems, smartphones, apps).

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and inspect the health of trees and plants to ensure they thrive.

  • Identify and address diseases or physical issues affecting plant health.

  • Perform integrated pest management, including scheduling, inspections, sampling, treatments, and inventory management.

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment effectively and safely.

  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and prepare written reports for clients and account managers.

  • Build and nurture exceptional client relationships.

  • Support the team by completing tasks assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with smartphones and software tools.

  • A valid driver’s license (required).

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
